Karen S. Veloz, Ph.D. is an arts executive, producer, and strategist whose work spans the professional stage, higher education, and global performance environments. With a career that bridges artistic excellence and large-scale production, she has developed and led projects that connect artists, institutions, and audiences across diverse cultural contexts.

Prior to founding Veloz Arts & Entertainment Group, Dr. Veloz she has spent more than three decades in higher education, where she has served as a faculty member, program builder, and academic leader. Holding a Ph.D. with a concentration in Arts Management, her work has focused on developing the next generation of artists and arts leaders while advancing innovative approaches to performance, production, and cultural engagement.

In parallel, worked extensively in the touring Broadway industry, contributing to the promotion and visibility of major theatrical productions across national markets. Her work in live performance extends to collaborations with internationally recognized artists and the production of concerts and large-scale artistic initiatives.
